MEGAN GRIFFITH – Women's Basketball
Head Coach, Ivy League
Columbia University, New York City, NY
After growing up in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Megan Griffith went on to have a stand-out career as a student-athlete at Columbia University. She was a starting Point Guard and 3 time Team Captain, scored over 1,000 points, ranked among the nation's leaders in assists, and is now in the Columbia University Hall of Fame. Upon graduation she went on to play professionally in Europe.
Following her playing days, she returned to the States and transitioned smoothly to the sidelines as a part of Ivy League power Princeton's
Women’s Basketball Coaching Staff. After rising to the role of Recruiting Coordinator with Princeton she was named Head Coach back at her
Alma Mater, and was tasked with the job of leading the struggling program.
In her first 4 seasons as Head Coach, Griffith has lifted Columbia Women’s Basketball from a traditionally struggling program, to a program that is on the rise up the Ivy League standings.
