In the world of Division 1 Softball, Jimmy Kolaitis is one of the top recruiters in the game! He was the top Assistant and Recruiting coordinator during the University of Oregon Softball’s run of Pac12 Championships, four consecutive trips to the National Tournament, and was the Pitching Coach for the National Pro Fastball League champion Scrap Yard Dogs. 

After serving two years as the Head Coach with the University of Alabama-Birmingham Softball, he is back in the Pac-12 as the Recruiting Coordinator/Assistant Coach at Arizona State University – a program that has advanced to the National Tournament in 15 consecutive season.

Coach Kolaitis is a recruiting expert who has seen it all in the world of recruiting! He has recruited and coached top talent from around the country to Division 1 World Series contenders! He knows how to identify, connect with, sign, and develop, elite student-athletes!
